Before first use, cleanse with sambrani or incense smoke, sound or moonlight, and set your intention. Avoid harsh chemicals and perfume; remove bracelets before bathing or swimming.

How To Use & Wear

Set your intention: hold the crystal in your palms, close your eyes and take three slow breaths while focusing on what you wish to invite.

Bracelets: traditionally worn on the left wrist to receive energy and the right to release. Remove before bathing, swimming and sleeping if you prefer.

Malas: use the thumb and middle finger to move bead by bead; do not cross the sumeru (guru) bead — turn back at it.
