7-Day Returns & Refunds
We want every Divya Aradhana piece to feel right for you. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates and accessories.
- Personalised or custom-made items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and share pickup or return-shipping details.
- Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching us.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or stone? Mention it in your return request and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.
